The Society of Construction Law for Africa offers various membership options, namely corporate membership, individual membership, overseas membership and academic membership.

Corporate membership | The corporate must declare a serious and active interest in construction law and have its principal place of business within African borders. | R1 500, plus R800 for each corporate member |
Individual membership | The individual must declare a serious and active interest in construction law and be ordinarily resident within African borders. | R950 |
Overseas membership | The individual must declare a serious and active interest in construction law and be ordinarily resident outside African borders. Overseas members enjoy all privileges attached to membership save for voting rights. | R750 |
Academic membership | The individual must declare a serious and active interest in construction law and be a full-time or part-time lecturer or student. Only academic members ordinarily resident within African borders enjoy voting rights. | R500 |
